Those phone answer people are rude, don't have any compassion, will not give you a appointment the same day. It's always a month out. Crossroads family care needs to think about this. We have had to put up with these people way too long!!! Please cancel their contract!!! And bring the in office staff that was so kind and helpful back !!! Plus call Lupe pay her extra she made that office run perfect!!“
