I literally was in so much pain this morning I was screaming every time we hit a bump in the road. I have spondylosis in my spine, inflammation, narrowing, and am in pain a lot. This morning was the worst yet. I was scared to be adjusted, scared to have the massage on my back, scared to be touched. 15-20 minutes after my appointment I was able to move better, my pain was within my normal range, and everything that felt ruined in my back felt so much better. Good place to get your back adjusted. When I started my lower back was messed up. He developed a plan, and now I'm not in pain. I go every two months just to keep it in place now.
