Rick, the owner of Palacios Air Repair, is the kindest, most honest, and wonderful person you can ever do business with. You can ask anyone local and they will tell you the same. My heater happened to stop working on one of the few coldest days here in our part of Texas (30 degrees....brrr) and I'm so worried. I texted Rick, and he responded within 15 minutes, and at my house shortly. He even skipped lunch to assist me first. He inspected my furnace and found some debris/rust, removed it, and it magically works again. Rick is very professional, and I only trust him with all my A/C and heater needs.
The people here are phenomenal. They took care of my daughter with her fractured wrist and dislocated knee with such care and respect. I'm really happy we found this gem before we were going to our original destination. All this and on the 4th of July night
Olga did a beautiful job cutting my hair. I needed a nice trim and layering for my wedding and she did it just how I wanted. Great service.
