I will start off by saying the veterinarian part of this place has always been great . This is more for the technician that does the nails . They have been trimming our dogs nails for years now but all off the sudden they can’t do it anymore. The dog was dumped and we took her off the streets so she has separation anxiety and when they trimmed her nails last time she got scared and pooped on the tech. This dog has zero aggression ever , the sweetest dog ever . They want me to sedate the poor girl just to get the nails clipped and I don’t think that is right because those sedatives can change a dog’s personality and she is perfect at home sweet as can be so I don’t think she needs that . The tech was very unprofessional and rude when the dog pooped on her . She had a real attitude and gave the leash back with poop still all over it and stormed out with an attitude . She had said she would bring some tissue back but never did . Had to go to front and get some. We took her back again today and they refused to trim her nails . Weird because they have done it for more than two years now . They won’t let us go back to keep her calm and the way this lady acted I am not sure she was not doing something aggressive to upset my dog . Anyway I talked to some other people who trim nails and they all said that the tech apparently isn’t trained well and should be able to deal with dogs like this . I will have to find somewhere else to get the nails done , sadly as this place has been great with everything else

Cannot even speak to anyone about my cat needing to be put down due to heart failure. Their "phone tree" does not allow you to speak to anyone UNLESS you are already a patient.

Switched from Midlo Vet Clinic and wouldn't go anywhere else! Ruthada is the best technician and our fur baby loves the people too ❤️
