I had my carpet stretched in several rooms to fix buckling. Mr. Larry and his associate, Janell came and assessed the situation, gave realistic expectations, quoted a really fair price, set up a return time, and let us know how to prepare before they returned. He and his assistant Mike arrived promptly for the appointment, got straight to work, and were done at least an hour and a half before the estimated end time.
