My favorite moment with was in 2017 during Hurricane Harvy my husband and I were helping a family who had flooded. I had just had a baby (2 months old at the time) and I had switched from my every day eyewear to my rx sunglasses. Well I had so much going on I had left my eye glasses on the back of the truck and they had flown off during the ride back home. I had to wear my sunglasses for the rest of the night to be able to see. The next 3 days, I had passed by The Eye Place in Orange, Tx where I saw a car in the parking lot. PLS PLS BECAUSE THIS IS THE MOST AMAZING PLACE EVER! I was on my way back to Houston from Louisiana and tell me why I went to Walmart with my prescription and they did not want to sell me contacts bc my prescription was 3 days expired. I told them I don’t want a whole pack I just want to get home safely. They didn’t care.
I come here and they helped me so fast and I’m sure they were closed already. Amazing sweet women that were in the front willing to help me in desperate times.
I’ll literally drive from Houston to here to come get my eyes checked on my next work trip because WOW.
Phenomenal customer service! Came for nice safety glasses and stayed for the Betsey Johnson frames! They have everything you need from safety, casual and wilder frames (which I love!). I will definitely be coming here to get my unique glasses in the future! Ya'll go see Sue for all the details!
