I had an exam & only ordered lenses for my current frames - still paid $400. While I'm aware that I have multiple things in my lenses, I do wish the cost was lower. Everyone was friendly.
In the meantime, my current frames had broken. So, I called to see if the lenses would fit another frame I have when they come in only to find out that my lenses were ready for pickup but no one let me know. Thank you to Jessica for helping me with my broken frames. I did finally receive the text & email that my lenses were ready for pickup after I already picked them up.
I just moved to the area and needed a new place for eye exams. This place ROCKS! Everyone was great, and Sarah was the best. I recently lost a bunch of weight and wanted to try a different look. Sarah helped me get just what I wanted...I look 10 years younger! Thank You Sarah!
Loved Dr. Metz! I have two little girls who had their first ever eye appointments and she was fantastic with them. On top of that, we had an issue with our insurance during payment. Not only did Jessica, the office manager, deal with the frustration beautifully, she went above and beyond. I absolutely recommend this office to anyone who’s looking.
