We move frequently (every year or two) due to my husband's job, and with each move I usually have to try out several cleaners before landing on the one I will use weekly. But not this time! Before I even walked in, Ms. Nena was there, smiling, and greeted me like an old friend. She not only helped me get our clothes squared away, but was kind, took time to have a wonderful conversation, and shared things to do around here with me.
