Their price was very competitive compared to the other quotes I received and they didn’t try to give me an inflated “lake price” which I really appreciated. The warranty they offer is excellent as well. Jay did a really good job explaining everything, walking me through the options, and making sure I understood exactly what I was getting. The install crew was professional and showed up when they said they would, and got everything done the right way. Definitely a solid company to work with if you’re looking at a new A/C system.

In the Texas summer heat, it is not fun to come home and find your AC not working. As it was nearly after business hours we did not expect a service call until the next day. We were pleasantly surprised when the technician said he could be here in 30 minutes. Jay responded quickly, resolved the problem in less than 20 minutes, and was professional and courteous. We HIGHLY recommend Bilco Air.
