Thanks to God Walmart's vision center was beyond amazing. Very nice, Ms. Carolyn is beyond amazing. Please don't go everywhere else. You won't be sorry. God really made an amazing woman
I went to get glasses on Sept. 25. I had a very pleasant visit. I was there for awhile. Rhea Costales was real friendly and patient. She took her time explaining everything. I would definitely go back if I need to.
I wish I could erase my review for Carolyn Kaufmann. She was wonderful when picking out and buying my glasses, she asked me to leave a review and I did. BUT whenever I came to get them adjusted she was rude, I guess she only is nice for reviews.when I came back 2 days after picking up my glasses I told her there was a problem with them. She tried to sell me something to fix it telling me it’s not covered under warranty. After 4 more attempts to have them fixed I went to another person.Eva Gonzolas she agreed the glasses were too large for me and adjusting them wouldn’t work. She spoke with Teri Hernandez the manager and did replace the glasses with the warranty because... read full review
