Dr. Navarro is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly thorough, takes her time, answers every question, and I have never once felt rushed. The entire staff, from the front office to the vet technicians, is wonderful and genuinely caring. Wait times are always minimal, and when Piper had an emergency, they were able to see us the same day and still gave us all the time and attention we needed. I’m so grateful to have found a veterinary office I can truly trust with my little Piper. ❤🐾

I recently moved to the Odessa area and I wasn’t sure which vet to take my animals to. My friend recommended this vet & honestly the best decision! I was very impressed by the professionalism that they gave my first visit ! The staff is very communicative towards each visit and I’m very content in the decision I made!
