rented a JLG from United Rentals, they delivered the equipment early the day of the rental, and we used it, I had never had an issue with any equipment I rent from them, I guess there is always a first time, the equipment developed a hydraulic leak about an hour before we were done using it that day, it was a one day rental, call it in about 12:15PM and they dispatched a repair tech out of Midland, the communication between us and the technician was excellent, I had an ETA, was notified when he was on site to do the repair, it took him about 30 -45 min to get if back up and running, we needed to get the job done and get the hired help off the clock and on there way home.... read full review
