I can’t express how incredible my experience was today! I had the pleasure of meeting Shayla, their new hairstylist. I hadn’t had my hair done in years, but Shayla colored, highlighted, and gave me the perfect cut. It looks beautiful, and she made me feel as if I had known her my whole life—she truly is an amazing woman, and her 20 years of experience really shows.
Brittany, the manager, was incredibly kind as well. She made me feel completely at home, and I hope corporate recognizes just how exceptional these women are. I visit this location frequently, and I’ve never had a negative experience. Today, Carla was wonderful, helping me find a product comparable to something that was recently discontinued. She went completely out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. I was further delighted to find Blanca at the check out counter (alone) cheerfully and efficiently taking care of one customer after the next, while also handling customers walking in for their online orders. These two are exceptional, and Ulta is lucky to have them on their staff.
