Took my girl in for a full groom and I am so happy with how it turned out!! She had been to a different groomer before but always came out with a lot of cuts and super shaky, today when I picked her up she was so happy and had zero cuts. Madison is great I am so happy I took her there!!

Service was horrible. They left my two dogs worse than when they were dropped off. It didn’t even appear to have clipped or groomed their facial hair. I informed them of the haircut I desired for both dogs and gave me the opposite. I expressed my concern to them and they did give me a call but were completely rude once I stated to explain to the lady the aftermath of the “haircut” both dogs received. She continued to talk over me and proceeded to hang up. Never again and do not recommend this place. This has not been the first time they have done such a bad job. There has been other appoints in which they had cut my dogs nails so short that one of her paws started bleeding and did not feel the need to inform and until we arrived home and saw it for myself. I called again about the issue and they responded with “well your dog moved too much”. Not one ounce of professionalism. When I went for my dogs I also saw one of the groomers roughly handle a sweet dog and dropped him from the top table to the floor. Dog owners beware.

The grooming quality is typically great, but this last visit was very frustrating. I dropped off my 13-year-old Golden Retriever at 7:33 AM and did not receive a call until 2:15 PM. I was told he had been ready since 10:24 AM and that I had “opted out” of text correspondence, which is not true (that is how I received the link to leave this review). They showed me the message they attempted to send, but it clearly said ‘not delivered’ three different times.
Instead of following up with a phone call when the text failed, my senior dog sat in a kennel for roughly four extra hours. A 13-year-old animal should not be left waiting that long or forced to hold their bladder because of a failed message. The service quality is great, but the communication and accountability on this visit were very disappointing.

Called to make sure they knew how to work on doodles and even showed a photo of a simple teddy bear cut. Got my doodle back with no blends in transition from her body to her legs and her face was cut in a box not rounded out. Paid over $100 to not get what I wanted or asked for.

This is my puppy's first haircut and they did a terrible job her hair is all choppy uneven they didn't even add a bow, they left long pieces of hair for the price I pay they should do a better job!!
