It was my dogs first time to ever be boarded. The gentleman did everything he could to make them feel comfortable. They shared a room and you could check in on them by video.

We have used Howliday Inn on multiple occasions now, and we are always very pleased! Javier is great! Available communication anytime, and 24 hr video footage of your pet. My dog is always well taken care of, and all of his needs are always met. My poodle is big and hyper and he does just fine using a doggy door and spending most his day relaxing inside. Each room is temperature controlled and has a tv! I would def. recommend Howliday Inn!

Our two dogs had their first boarding experience this week at the Howliday Inn and we couldn’t have been happier! They were able to stay together in a nice big air conditioned room. The doggy door and private outdoor space were really nice for them. The outdoor space was clean, completely fenced in, and covered. The camera system is easy to use with the app and you can check in on your pets 24/7. Javier took great care of them. He shuts the doggy door over night so nothing gets in, keeps their room clean, and provided excellent communication from the time we booked throughout their stay! Thank you for caring for our babies! We will be back soon!

We love this place! For the 1st time ever, we know our dogs are safe and taken care of. We are able to peek in on them via the camera system. We have used Javier twice now for extended stays and couldn't be more pleased.

If you want your pets to enjoy I nice vacation with all the bells and whistles, this is the place. Always top notch and the equivalent of the Ritz Carlton for dogs. Javier is the best! Before my Bailey succumbed to cancer, Javier was one of the few people she trusted. I never felt guilty about leaving her here.

Just picked up my 3 pups from Javier at the Howliday inn and I could not be happier with my experience. Javier was very helpful through the process, let us know when one of our dogs had a bathroom issue, and his love for dogs really shows! All the rooms were spacious, had a tv, a doggy door (which my dogs loved), and a camera which put our minds at ease being able to check in on them. My dogs truly seemed like they had a great and stress free stay! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!!

Where do I start, after searching in Odessa to find a good place to leave my dog I finally found Howliday Inn. Walking in you are greeted by Javier the owner. This guy is so kind and he took the time to show me the facility and the individual rooms. I have to say they are big and clean and you wouldn't even know that it was a boarding place. We dropped off on a Friday and picked up on Sunday and Javier took very good care of my dog. They have cameras in each room which allows you to check in on the pets at anytime you want. Which we really liked. The rooms also have their own individual outside space with their own doggy door. At one point my dog was crying at 4 in the morning and Javier went to check up on her which was above and beyond good service. I liked this place so much my wife and I have already booked for the holidays. Thank you again Javier!

This place is one of a kind. Different to all the places we check for our precious ones. The owner Javier is wonderful. On top of that we can check through out the camera on the room of our little ones, the place is so clean and nice. You really get a good feeling as soon as you go in it. We used this place several times and we will continue to do so we pleasure and gratitude.
