I can’t say how grateful I am for Bosworth today. My mom is fighting cancer and has limited mobility. Her alarm system was beeping nonstop for hours and she was unable to turn it off. She no longer uses the security system business. It was just the battery dying. But for someone unable to see or stand for any duration, that’s impossible to turn off. I called this morning and spoke to Wendy. She was kind and spoke to the electrical department to see when someone would come out. Within two hours folks. The amazing technician was heading her way shortly after lunch, like they said. He took care of it and was out the door in no time. I had called the non emergency police...read full review
