Professional service showed in how the crew handled a last-minute weather delay. They called at seven AM, rescheduled for two days later and arrived exactly when they said they would. Great solar service means managing the unexpected with the same care as the planned.
I'm a busy single mom. I don't have time to deal with contractors who don't show up. Proclaim Roofing was prompt, professional and efficient. Caleb handled our roof replacement and gutter installation. He also recommended attic venting repairs that made sense. The skylight repair was done beautifully. The staff was great about working around my schedule. Reasonable price and excellent work. Highly recommend for anyone who values their time.
The attic venting repairs were done but the crew left a small hole in my ceiling where they accessed the attic. I called Proclaim Roofing and David had someone out to patch and paint it the next day. The repair was invisible. You couldn't tell anything had happened. The skylight repair looked great. Minor inconvenience, but the staff was great about resolving it.
