AJ explained the warranty in detail. 5 year workmanship, lifetime materials and transferable to the next owner. Proclaim Roofing service was great because he didn't gloss over the fine print. The Roof Replacement came with documentation I could actually read and understand.
Tyler called me ma'am and held the door. Old school manners. The Emergency Roofing Repair was done so fast I barely had time to make coffee. They patched, sealed and tested with a hose before leaving. Staff was great even swept my porch. You don't see that level of care anymore.
