Odessa VA Clinic has received mixed reviews from veterans. While some have experienced issues with phone communication, many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. Over the past few years, significant improvements have been noted, leading to a much more welcoming environment. Veterans who previously had negative experiences now find the clinic to be a positive place for care. Overall, the clinic is praised for its dedicated staff and commitment to making visits easier for veterans.
Usually pretty good. But when I called, an operator picked up, then immediately hung up the phone. I called back, and they just let the phone ring after that. Not mad just disappointed in them 😢. If they fix the issue I'll change my review.
Been treated here for close to 2 years, although it can be trying to get through the VA line to speak to someone in the actual clinic, the Clinic itself has some of the friendliest and helpful staff that I have encountered in my 20 years as a Veteran. Thank you for all that you go above and beyond to do to make the experience is painless and easy as possible.
Back in 2018-2020 I would have rated the clinic 1 star. But they cleaned house and now the experience is awesome! I really took a leap of faith to go back and I’m so glad I did. Veterans- if you are thinking of trying out the VA in Odessa do it! It’s such a huge change in staff and way more welcoming!
