went for a simple color. Anita ended up bleaching my entire head... not once. but twice. she said it was color stripping. I spent a year and a half getting my hair into great shape for her to ruin it in 3 hours. refused to fix it the same day. now my hair is friend and gummy. still refuses to make right. second pic was hair before and what I wanted. first is what she did to me!
