He went the extra mile by adding the date our RP filters needed replacing to the filters & even checked on a refrigerator filter (an on the spot request) to help us determine how to get the part we needed. We are very satisfied with the services provided by this company, and especially with the plumbing technician who assisted us, Raistlin, because he did an excellent job. Our house had a gas leak, and we didn't know where it was located. The technician didn't stop until he found the leak; he crawled under the floor of our house several times. He was determined to provide excellent service, and he did just that. He found the gas leak, which was in a hard-to-reach place, and repaired it perfectly. My husband and I are very grateful and satisfied with his work. 100% recommended.
