We have been using Larry Peppers for years and have always been extremely satisfied. Starting with the initial phone calls the girls in the office are great and always gets our order turned over to the techs for a speedy response. Steve and Hayden are awesome as well as Larry on every job they have done for us at both of our homes here in Odessa.

We have been very happy with Larry Pepper's. They installed our unit at a very fair price. But, more importantly, they stand by their equipment. When we had a minor problem afterwards, they were quick to respond and stand by their equipment. We selected them because they've been here a long time and you can depend upon them after the installation. We also appreciated that Larry himself came to the home before and after rather than just sending his crew (which was the problem with our previous AC & H company).
