Great experience! I love that they take walk-ins with practically no wait. The stylists are professional and fast, and the salon is always spotless. Highly recommend for a quick, quality cut.
The hair stylist was good.She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.We only had trims and were charged 45.00 per person. All together we spent over 100.00. We didn’t get a wash or style so that was a bit over priced in my opinion.
I went to JCPenney salon after my hair was botched at a “high end salon” where they refused to fix my hair after they messed it up! Ms Denise and Ms Becky were so very nice and took me in without an appt. Ms Denise did an exceptional job at correcting someone else’s mistake. I one 100% recommend Ms Denise as she can meet your every need! Very knowledgeable and holds her self accountable every step of the way.
