I will NEVER go back to this flower shop. Very poor customer service, not professional, the person at the store does not have prices and does not have images of what they offer. I paid $200 for an funeral arrangment and did NOT recieved what I asked for but instead they gave me the flowers and colors of what they wanted as if I was not specific enough. I am very unsatisfied with the service. My brother and I ordered funeral arrangements on Saturday around noon and the gentlemant told us that the arrangements would be delivered that same day before 9PM which was also confirmed by the wife. On Sunday afternoon we still did not have the arrangements. I called to cancelled the orders and no answer, I also text and no answer; finally the wife called me back and said they where at church but that the arraingments would be there shortly. Five hours later, we recieved the arrangments but my order was NOT what I order.

Will not deliver flowers even on the correct date let alone a specific time. Whoever runs this store should be ashamed of themselves taking hundreds of dollars from people and not delivering. We are going on over a day and a half after flowers were supposed to be delivered and they have still not shown up. Not even a phone call to let people know what is going on. They use their disclaimer of “can’t guarantee delivery date/time” to excuse their poor business practices. This place also states they don’t give refunds this place is incredibly shady. Do not order from them.

First and last time ordering from this business. Ordered early for same day Valentines delivery online. I confirmed over the phone as well.The order did not show up all day and when I called after hours they claimed the drivers got held up with other orders. An hour later, about 7:30pm the order was finally delivered. Most of the arrangement is fake plastic flowers. My guess is they pulled it off last minute and completed the order. DO NOT RECOMMEND. VERY GENERIC AND POOR SERVICE.

Terrible service. Wife received flowers on Valentine’s Day. Some of the flowers were starting to die as soon as she received them. They also did not bring the ballon option I paid extra for.

Messed up my order, then over charged me

Did not deliver on time. Boyfriend placed an order for Valentine’s Day and I only received the chocolate covered strawberries. Did not receive the flowers he bought. Called the company during business hours, no answer. Company called at 9pm trying to deliver the flowers. Asked for a refund and they would not refund. Delivered the flowers after 9pm when they were supposed to be delivered during the work day. Definitely would never book again. They kept making excuses. No accountability.

Wow, I’ve had some seriously bad experiences ordering from out of town. I found Jazzmines online and decided to call direct and order. Wowza, to say I’m impressed is an understatement. This Premium bouquet was absolutely beautiful and perfect for my Moms 70th December Birthday, she loved it! Jazzmines will be my goto florist from now on!Don’t waste your $$ on internet Telaflora orders. Call Jazzmines in Odessa , Texas and order direct. You won’t be disappointed!

I ordered 2 poinsettias for my mom's birthday. They were pretty plants and were decorated with a light sprinkle of gold glitter on the red flowers!! The pots they were in and the bows made them look great!! I was so pleased and my mom loves them!! Thank you so much for your excellent service !!
