Dr. Morales has been my eye doctor for many years. Today, I found myself with an eye issue, I needed help. I called the office and the young lady said, come on in. The doctor took one look and said you have a clogged pore, I had never heard of that? He assured me all will be ok. Thank you Dr. Morales and Staff!!!💗💗💗💗

Although I was upset about the wait time, maybe that has nothing to do with them. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my appointment. The staff and Doctor were very nice. I think they are a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people that come in. I do think they need to work on appointments and walk ins.

Called first thing this morning as soon as they opened. Asked if they had any appointments for today and explained what was going on, lady on the phone told me they didn’t have any appointments but I could do a walk in since it wasn’t for a eye glass appt, she told me to just be there before 11:30. I hopped in the car and headed that way, Granted I live about 45mins away and got there before 9am. Got there and lady at front desk told me they weren’t doing walkins, she wasn’t sure who I spoke with but they couldn’t see me. I’m an existing patient, luckily I was able to call around and get in with a different doctor. I will not be using this office again!
