Been coming here for a couple years now. My husband loves how heavy they press the jeans and they leave his shirts looking better than i can do with a iron lol. Ive only had one incident where someone clearly didnt know how to press, left starch all over his FR shirts. It did take a little argument with an employee i had only seen twice before but she did take them back to get redone at no charge (cause i wouldnt have paid for their mistake anyway). But overall i love this place the young man that works in the evening makes me feel like a valued customer! This place should never be used for your cleaning. I am a 70 year old woman who needed a place convenient and more affordable. I always separate my cleaning into two sacks, one for press only and the other for all dry clean, and leave those instructions inside the sack along with my name and phone number. They decided to WASH my black slacks that HAVE to be dry cleaned!! The so-called Manager doesn't speak English!!! I left my polyester black lined jacket to be dry cleaned and they PRESSED IT WITH STARCH and ruined it on top of getting back black slacks that are completely FADED.
