Josh and Alfred were very helpful. Great communication, had the truck there in a timely manner. Usually with others I’ve waited up to 3/4 hours. Bluestar had a driver there within 45 minutes. The driver called me prior, at pick up and end of service. He even sent pics! Thanks Josh and Alfred. Will definitely use them for any towing needs!!
I was in a bind, one phone call and they had Duane come out. These guys are quick and know how to get the job done. I didn’t wait hardly at all for them to show up. When I say fast and efficient, it’s these guys.
Called to get a tow set up, customer service 10/10 nikki (if i remember correctly) was so helpful and so KIND!!!!! i called again today and reached another woman, SO HELPFUL AND NICE amazing service all around. It’s not too expensive to get a tow.. good prices compared to others.
