I entered Ulta yesterday afternoon not entirely sure what I was looking for. When I was greeted by Jennifer in pink pants and a great attitude ready to help. She helped find exactly what I needed. After completing my purchase and headed towards my car I realized my battery had died. Before I even knew it Jennifer was there with jumper cables, ready to get me back on the road! Jennifer went above and beyond with her customer service. She definitely deserves a promotion!
i entered ulta beauty and was quickly approached by jennifer, an employee. I walked in looking for a perfume and jennifer helped me and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. jennifer provided the best customer service i’ve ever experienced. after making my purchase i unfortunately saw that i had a flat tire and jennifer was already grabbing tools out of her car and she changed my tire for me within 5mins. i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. jennifer deserves a raise and some type of recognition.
I had only ever been here to just shop but I decided to give the hair salon a shot and got my hair done by Crystal and I hadn't felt so at ease and cared for in a salon in Odessa til now, she did a fantastic job and listened to my concerns with my hair, will definitely be coming here again for the hair salon services again and I highly recommend to others!
