I recently had our one-year home inspection completed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mike and Puto were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in addressing every item we had concerns about. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was handled properly.

I had just a couple of small things needing to be fixed on my house ( some mortar put in a gap above garage door and a spot fixed under my shingles) . Caleb and Ryan showed up on time , fixed both problems within 20 minutes, and was very polite!

After having a smooth experience as a first time home buyer, I had my 30 day checkup for my home. Ryan and Mike came and addressed my questions and concerns. I really didn’t have any concerns, but it was very assuring to know that any help I need is just a phone call away. Highly recommend.

Then I also had Caleb, and Mike come through and assist with some touch ups in the home. Caleb was extremely helpful and addressed every concern I had. He was extremely professional and positive. Mike also came towards the end of the visit and assisted with a smile and a friendly handshake. 🤝 five star treatment!
