The program includes forms, weapons training, and self-defense tailored to each belt level, with regular belt testing that keeps the kids motivated and proud of their progress.

ATA Martial Arts has been incredible for my sons. The instructors are patient, motivating, and great with kids. The program builds confidence, discipline, and respect while still being fun and engaging. You can truly see the positive impact it has on the kids both on and off the mat. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a great martial arts program.

My kids love taking Tekwando they also do the XMA with Mrs. Longfellow and love it so much they wish XMA was every day. They were able to perform with XMA in the fair this year. We are extremely happy to have the opportunity to be apart of Sr. Master Zant’s family because that’s what it is one big happy family!
