i’m 28 and haven’t been to ATA since I was maaaybe 10 or so?? today at my ripe age, i was able to break a board with my knee and its actual wood lol.
made me feel proud of myself 🤪

ATA Martial Arts is a very good and family oriented school. The staff and instructors are very caring, understanding, and nice. Students learn honesty, discipline, respect, and selflessness. It is a place where people feel they can do hard things and become part of a family. Both kids and adults will find a welcoming environment. Many are thankful to attend and highly recommend it.

We love ATA Martial Arts! My kids look forward to class every day instead of asking to skip.
The program includes forms, weapons training, and self-defense tailored to each belt level, with regular belt testing that keeps the kids motivated and proud of their progress.
Highly recommend ATA Martial Arts—Sr. Master Zant and the instructors are wonderful with children and do an amazing job supporting kids with learning challenges and building their confidence.

ATA Martial Arts has been incredible for my sons. The instructors are patient, motivating, and great with kids. The program builds confidence, discipline, and respect while still being fun and engaging. You can truly see the positive impact it has on the kids both on and off the mat. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a great martial arts program.
