We used Acres West when my father in law passed. Amazing customer service is an understatement. True empathy, compassion, and the absolute knowledge of procedure and “what to do next” was unprecedented. We worked with Shirley, Patricia, and Brantley. Each held a level of professionalism and true care that we will cherish during this transition period for our families. They made a difficult time easier and helped with the steps. We had many questions and they were able to answer each with respect and knowledge. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the service provided by the staff at Acres West.
Having been in charge of funeral arrangements since my early twenties, I have unfortunately grown accustomed to having to haggle for fair pricing. However, my experience with your team was remarkably different. I was able to state exactly what I needed without being pressured into unnecessary charges, and I truly appreciated not being taken advantage of during my time of grief.

Unfortunately Our family has used Acres West many times in the past but we always receive the best care which is why we return to their services when needed. I do recommend and know first hand you will receive a great experience that will definitely help you through your tough time in losing a loved one.
