We used Acres West when my father in law passed. Amazing customer service is an understatement. True empathy, compassion, and the absolute knowledge of procedure and “what to do next” was unprecedented. We worked with Shirley, Patricia, and Brantley. Each held a level of professionalism and true care that we will cherish during this transition period for our families. They made a difficult time easier and helped with the steps. We had many questions and they were able to answer each with respect and knowledge. They also ensured us with certainty that our loved one would be handled with dignity and care so that helped ease our minds. If we were locals, we would absolutely use Acres West for ALL of our funeral needs.

However, my experience with your team was remarkably different. disgusting. the funeral director had no empathy for my mom who just host her mom/ my grandma. just sat there and said “uhu”. didn’t even play the music or her photos during the ceremony. told important info to someone that wasn’t my mom or my uncle. called my mom asking for more money. what the actual heck.
