We used Acres West when my father in law passed. Amazing customer service is an understatement. True empathy, compassion, and the absolute knowledge of procedure and “what to do next” was unprecedented. We worked with Shirley, Patricia, and Brantley. Each held a level of professionalism and true care that we will cherish during this transition period for our families. They made a difficult time easier and helped with the steps. Having been in charge of funeral arrangements since my early twenties, I have unfortunately grown accustomed to having to haggle for fair pricing. However, my experience with your team was remarkably different.
