My girlfriend and I went to get our hair treated, and Karen was very welcoming and calming. She walked us through the entire process and explained ways yo care for our hair to prevent lice. She was so fun to be around! We hope to never have lice again, but if we do we will for sure be going back to see Karen who is definitely not a Karen (her own words) lol.
Lisa and Karen are wonderful technicians! Licepros saved my family and brought me instant relief. I was reassured that everything was taken care of and given instructions on how to move forward in the situation. It is a safe environment. I am so grateful this company exists!!!
Lisa took care of us tonight after we suddenly found out my seven year old daughter had lice two days ago for the first time ever. She was kind and informative and extremely thorough. We can rest easy tonight knowing my daughter is now lice-free. Thank you Licepros! Highly recommend
