“I don’t even need to write an essay. I can just show the before and after because the work literally speaks for itself. But when you get exceptional craftsmanship and customer service like this, I HAVE to rave about it!

I came into town for a wedding where I’m a bridesmaid, only to discover that the dress I had altered back home was completely destroyed. In the rush of traveling, I didn’t realize just how bad it was until the day before the wedding when I tried it on. I was devastated.

I found this shop near my Airbnb and practically pleaded over the phone for a same-day turnaround. They told me to come in, and the moment I walked through the door, I felt relieved. The place was spotless, organized, and so welcoming. Honestly, I felt like I was the bride with the level of service I received!

I explained my situation to the owner, and she immediately reassured me that she could help. A few hours later, I got the call to come pick up my dress. Not only had she COMPLETELY saved it, but she had me try it on again, helped me get into it, and even fluffed everything out to make sure it looked perfect.

Truly exceptional, one-of-a-kind service. She SAVED my dress and saved me from missing such a special day. 10,000,000/10. I would support this business over and over and over again. I only wish I could pack them up in my suitcase and bring them home with me!

Call the store, immediately they were on top of it and within 30 min the staff located the missing vest. This is what customer service should be, solving problems not blame diversion. Rest assured they will take care of your garments!“

“I gave them 4 star because I don't want to hurt their good reviews. They did do a good job on my 1 item, however I wasn't happy with the price. I was charged over $9 close to $10 I guess. 1 item, a shirt to dry clean and press for that kind of $ didn't seem fair to me. Again I gave them a 4 because they had good reviews and I'm not looking to hurt anyone. I just think I was over charged but anyway thank you.“
