The booking process, being matched with a stylist, the complimentary parking - the directions for the parking via text before the appointment. Even better - Ashley took her time but still worked efficiently! I was in and out with a much needed refreshed look in less than an hour. She had to re-do the ends to make it perfect-and she did. No up charge for fixing it. And it always ends perfect. She is fabulous and a joy to be around. She also does my blond root touch ups every 4-6 weeks. And my extensions. Love her!“
