Called in to ask about drain flies & spoke with Eric/k. Had a good talk and he mentioned just picking up a specific product to tackle the issue which would be cheaper overall instead of using their one time service as they also wouldn't be able to make it out for almost a week due to their busy schedule!

We recently had 3rd service done by Bugs or Us in Northlake, and I wanted to specifically recognize Colton for the excellent job he did. He really took his time during this visit, carefully inspecting the house and even taking photos of areas where there may be small gaps leading outside that we should seal. That level of detail and professionalism was very appreciated. He was also extremely respectful of our home throughout the entire service. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and helping customers prevent future issues, not just rushing through the appointment.
