    Ryan showed up a bit earlier than the scheduled window, which is a nice change from typical service industry appointment windows. As promised, he texted that he was on his way about 30 minutes before his arrival. He explained everything clearly, and proceeded about gis work in a professional and efficient manner. The bug spray and powders that he employed seem to be effective, and we like that the company provides a follow-up visit in a week or two to check on the environment and the effectiveness of the work.     UPDATE to previous review posted in October 2023 . . . . (the initial visit and review of the company dealing with our finding dozens of cockroaches, ants and other pests showing up whenever we'd turn on a light at night in the kitchen; we maintain a very clean household, and the situation was frustrating and annoying, until we read positive reviews about, and called on, "It's Bugs or Us" for a two-visit service.Initially, Ryan showed up a bit earlier than the scheduled window, which is a nice change from the typical service industry appointment windows.     This is long overdue and I apologize,from the very first phone call I was impressed with their customer service attitude,they made me feel like I was their only customer and when I met Eric I knew right away that this was the company I wanted to go with.his knowledge and expertise was both educational and understandable.we are a small church in the country and we HAD a problem with rodents and other pests not only did he do what he said he came back several times to check and make sure that our problem was resolved.not only would I hire him again but I would highly recommend his services to everyone.thank you Eric
