They are amazing with both my girls. Very professional and great groomers. My shepherds look great and are happy going in and leaving every time they get groomed. Highly recommend It’s a Paw Thang!

I've been a customer for years, and there's a reason I continue to make the nearly hour-long drive from Downtown Dallas every time my dog needs grooming. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail here is simply unmatched.
Kelcie in particular is absolutely amazing. My dog doesn't easily trust people grooming him, but he absolutely loves Kelcie. In fact, I don't think he'd let any other groomer handle him. She is incredibly patient, caring, and always takes the time to make sure he's comfortable throughout the entire process.

Penny, the owner, is genuinely kind and always welcoming. It’s safe to say my dog adores her—every time we visit, he goes straight into puppy-kiss mode the moment he sees her!
After I shared the specific cut I wanted, Penny matched us with Kelcie, who has real talent and a gift for grooming. Kelcie consistently amazes me with her skills, attention to detail, and the way she handles my dog with care and patience.
