From a professional standpoint, their clinical approach is outstanding! They don’t just treat symptoms, they look at the whole picture and truly partner with you in your health. Mandy is hands down the best provider I’ve had. Actually gets on the phone with you, is reasonable, understanding, and self-aware. She has no ego, will admit when she needs to look into something and easy to talk to. I’ve never had a dr call me talk about bloodwork options cash pay vs what can be billed to insurance. It’s so refreshing to have someone that listens and is willing to try. I can be a bit of an over-thinker and have not once been told yet it’s (only) bc of my monthly or anxiety. I do not like leaving reviews unless I can be the cheerleader and leave high ones. I was referred to Arjuva by a friend and I was so excited as I just had a major surgery and needed the help. The communication in this office is terrible. First calls back and forth trying to figure out if my insurance would. Work. Due to my surgery there literally should have been nothing out of pocket for me. That was my understanding. Loved the doctor but there was no explanation of how much I would have to pay up front to have the pellets. I don’t have $500 floating around in my budget to pay with no heads up or preparing. I showed up for my apt and they tried charging me $ 500+ which... read full review
