I’m reviewing from the renters perspective. I rent the home I live in, and was told by Cole I would receive a nice referral for getting in contact with the landlord to have our roof inspected/repaired after a hail storm came through. They came, inspected, installed and later once things were fully paid out, I received my referral for my part directly face to face from Cole.Service: Roof repair

Total Roof Protection truly has you covered (pun intended) in every way. From the initial call I made to JC for inspection, all the way thru project completion, Total Roof Protection makes the process so smooth and seamless. Most of all, as an owner needing repair from hail damage, I did not have to lift a single finger as everything was handled for me. I was lucky to be able to work with JC who was extremely great at communication and making sure that everything around my house was taken care of. We used David Turner as our "point man" aka General Contractor with Total Roof Protection when we filed a claim with Allstate for a total roof repair, gutter install/ repair, siding repair, and painting, etc. But he didn't just do the outside of the house! We had leak spots in our kitchen, dining area, living room, entryway, and a bedroom. He was highly involved with the pictures and recommendations to Allstate so we could include that in our claim.David showed up when Allstate did, he followed through with the Allstate agents each time - I rarely had to do anything other than answer Allstate's calls to confirm something. David and Total Roof Protection handled the rest....read full review

From Total Roof Protection

Total Roof Protection is a roof warranty program that provides coverage against damages caused by rain, wind, sleet and hail. The reality is that home warranties do not provide coverage for the roof, and the ones that do, do not provide coverage against damage caused by outside forces. Total Roof Protection does. While homeowners insurance will provide coverage for this type of damage, coverage only kicks in if damage exceeds the deductible amount. So, if the insurance deductible is $4,000 and the cost to repair the damage is $3,500, then the homeowner will be out-of-pocket for the required repairs. Total Roof Protection is designed to fill the gap where the homeowner is not covered by insurance or their existing home warranty.
