All I can say is I highly recommend Terry Buchanan Nurse Practitioner she truly listens to you and your concerns.The lady at the front desk was very helpful (sorry, I can't remember her name), and Katie, the nurse, was very sweet as well.Thank each of you for a pleasant visit. ?

I was well taken care of at this facility. The receptionist was very friendly and kind; the nurse was very amiable and questioned me thoroughly. The PA, Erica Young, had thoroughly reviewed the information I brought before she examined me and she listened to me. She also made certain that I remained for a period of time after my injection. I would use this location again if needed. (I am a visitor in New Caney.)

Took my daughter to the Urgent Care this morning out of desperation due to the CVS Minute Clinic in Kingwood being ZERO HELP & A WASTE OF TIME. After waiting a hour, we were told to go to the ER and not helped at all. My daughter had Flu symptoms, Throat, ect…. My daughter was seen within 15 minutes at Urgent Doc Urgent Care!!!!Urgent Doc’s was super kind, very account accommodating and their 3 Tier Medical Plan was cheaper than our insurance plan.Everyone from the front desk receptionist, to the back office triage assistant to the NP were fabulous!!!!!!I highly recommend this location and will definitely go again when needed!
