The location was not clean, towels were old and breaking off while being using and placed as wrap. I had already selected at front a regular polish, but was asked by 4 additional people if I wanted shellac followed by an eye roll by the last lady after I told them I had informed them I only wanted regular polish. The whole pedicure was rushed and the man proceeded to even stop timer. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I had a terrible experience at this location and would not recommend it. I was left waiting for 30 minutes in the pedicure chair before a technician came over. She was unprofessional and made a rude remark about the condition of my feet. The pedicure was sloppy-my toenails were filed into an uneven, rounded shape when I requested a square one. On top of that, the technician left my calluses looking uneven and unsightly. The overall quality of the pedicure was very poor.

I have been to many Nails of America in the Kingwood to New Caney area and always left disappointed. This one in Valley Ranch is the best one I’ve ever visited. I’ve been here twice, both times Nu (excuse misspelling) assisted me. She is very friendly, professional, does not rush, and did a great job both times. The atmosphere is calm, very clean. I will definitely be back !

Literally awful, $122 for horrible nails. Staff at cashier was rude. Wouldn't ever go back if I could give less than one star I would.

I have got my nails done here 3 times. Today I was told that if my son could not sit in a seat beside me I needed to leave. He is 2 years old, I don’t feel comfortable letting him sit alone. After 2 weeks my nails look like I haven’t got them done in a month. If I could leave no stars I would!!

Do NOT go here. The lady messed up my nails so much. And they’re not even the same length!!! Not to mention how many times she hurt my fingers!!

My Wife & I came here for a pedicure and I must say after sitting down I went to Google to read some of the reviews. I must say I was truly shocked by all the negative reviews. Mr. Folk greeted us and treated us so Amazing. From escorting us to our chairs, to just asking me how my day was, I was truly impressed. Not to mention bringing us wine. My Wife had Tom and I had Tracy. Both were soooooo Awesome! Tom and My Wife had a very nice conversation. Mr. Folk and My Wife also had a very interesting conversation about psychologist. I can tell Mr. Folk was very impressed with My Wife's intellect. I was truly satisfied and impressed with our service today, 08/05/25. Everyone was soooooo very nice! Blessings upon blessings to everyone who work here. 🙏🏾
