I must say that as a home owner since 1977, I have never had such a remarkable experience with any Air Conditioning company that I have had with Family Heating and Air from New Caney. The company is great to work with, they are extremely responsive regardless of what time of day I call. They understand that the Customer is key to their success as well as the quality of their work. I had to replace the evaporator Coil in our AC Unit. When our AC stopped working, I called and they were at my home within 2 hours, got a temporary fix in place within an hour and completed the final fix yesterday. We are family owned and operated which allows us to focus on each and every customers' needs or wants and will answer any questions you may have about a/c or heating. Fully insured and licensed by the State of Texas, all service calls are completed by us, the owners. Our emphasis is primarily upon residential customers within 30 miles of New Caney, Texas, but we welcome small businesses that need our HVAC services. 24 hour service and residential maintenance agreements are available, as well as free estimates for the installation or replacement of your existing heating and air system. We service all brands.
