First of all, when calling Wolfman Chimney and Fireplace, the person I talked to on the phone was very personable and set up an appointment right away. the technician came out cleaned my fireplace and answered all of my questions. i was giving the option of choosing if I wanted further work done. I never felt pressured. While waiting for my appointment I received a call weekly, letting me know how things were progressing. I then received notice before the technicians came out to repair my firebox, put a top on the fireplace on the roof and some other repairs. Both Ryan and Roland met me at th door with smiles and a handshakes introducing themselves. they explained what they would do and began their work. they did it in a timely manner and cleaned up neatly before leaving. I had forgotten to mention one thing that I needed help with. I was worried it would be too much because to ask they'd left, had been gone 10 minutes. I called and they turned right around to help me. wow! I highly recommend using Wolfman, Chimney and Fireplace due to their people, their expertise and service to their customers! Wolfman Chimney Sweep is the best! From the crew that came out to take out the damaged fireplace, to the crew that rebuilt it, and finally with Jacob who finished with the painting and made sure everything was matched and completed, everyone was extremely professional, very neat, and very good at what they do.
