Kenny and his wife run a great operation. Everything went exactly as promised and the price was very reasonable. He was here when he said he would be AND made my fireplace look BRAND NEW!Gary R gave a poor rating. Had he been patient he would have known that Kenneth and Suzanne are just passionate about what they do. They have been doing this A LONG TIME!It was my experience that Kenneth interrupted Suzanne because he needed more information to make sure we got through the cold snap safely. He didn't want her to hang up with me before making sure we were taken care of. (Smoke was coming in our house with the flue open.) Kenneth figured out what my issue was over the phone and gave me a solution so that I could use my fireplace until he could get here. We had our fireplace cleaned and will definitely follow his instructions and continue to use Sugarbear's from here on out. He gave us a HUGE tip FREE! That's extremely valuable and unheard of now days!!!

I highly recommend SugarBears Chimney Sweeps. Kenny showed up on time and was thorough and efficient cleaning and assessing our fire place. Very friendly and neighborly communication from Kenny and Suzanne, we will not hesitate to hire them for our next chimney sweep. Thanks Kenny and Suzanne.

I booked my appointment because my fireplace had only been used about 3 times in the last 17 years. Not wanting to get stuck with no heat like last year when the grid failed I wanted to be prepared this year. Susan the lady I talked to was professional and kind. She explained a lot of stuff to me and told me what he would be doing to the chimney. Susan called the day before to remind me of my appointment.. He showed up right when the appointment was scheduled and was very professional. He took very good care of us and I would highly recommend Sugarbears. I will be calling them in the future.
