Working with Chief Macho has been more than just a home buying search, It’s an immersive experience. He is highly detail oriented from the moment of choosing a house to the last home inspection and home signing. He helped us with our home we built while living in another state. He did regular calls and site checkups to ensure we were taken care of. He went to bat for us for every little detail including having blinds installed before we moved in. Such an amazing guy and experience.
Matt Macho moves mountains for his clients. The best realtor in the game!!! From the very first showing, he treated our home search like it was his own. Every concern we had became his concern - from our big wants like wanting to be in a safe community to our small wants like wanting a double shower lol. He made sure we got everything on our checklist and MORE. Every worry we voiced, he handled with patience, urgency, and genuine care. We viewed our first home with Matt on the 6th, and he showed us 13 homes that day without ever making us feel rushed, annoying, or like we were asking for too much. He never once got tired of us. Instead, he stayed just as invested as we were, constantly checking in, explaining everything, and making sure we felt confident every step of the way. We met him on Dec 6th to view homes, and we were under contract and closed on our dream home by Dec 26th.
