Customers appreciate their thorough explanations and attention to detail during demonstrations. We called for windows installation quote and Paige Love came to assist us. She was extremely attentive, took the time to explain the pros and cons of the project we want to do and suggest the best affordable option for us. She was very competent and not pushy as other salespeople. She is definitely very knowledgeable and was able to demonstrate her competence in a way we can understand it. Prices are much more affordable than the competitors and we recommend Windows World to everyone who considers windows installation.
We had Paige come out to provide a quote for a few new windows at our home in New Braunfels, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. She provided a competitive quote, communicated clearly throughout the process, and never came across as pushy like many of the other salespeople we met with. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and patient with our wrecking-ball toddler. We’ll definitely be using Window World again in the future for our second property!
WW installer Stephen Burton is professional and an excellent installer. He came out on his day off to correct another installers issues.
Window world windows are great and if it hadn’t been for the caulking issue, I would have given them 5 stars.
