Cody made sure to schedule my service on a date that worked well, even letting me know in advance that it would be a busy day, so I could plan accordingly. I made an appointment, the service consultant took down my information and I was promptly sent an email confirming appointment and what we discussed, told upfront it would be 2-3 days to diagnosis and repair. Received follow up emails text to confirm date and ability to change if needed. Much appreciated, very different from other local area dealers. Compliments to Shelby Rutledge, Service Consultant. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. She confirmed what service I needed. Next day I received a text that vehicle was being looked at by the service tech and then received an email confirming warranty work to be completed and other recommended services which I could accept or decline. Vehicle was completed on time as promised. Hoping to have similar service next time I need just an oil & filter change (wait on service to be completed event).
