Recommend this place over firestone. If you are on a budget, or prefer to not waste money on a place that lies about how much it costs. Then come to Total Automotive Repair. Very satisfied and will always take any mechanic work that needs to be done here.

A few weeks ago, I found out that my alternator was bad. I called my normal mechanic and to my dismay, found out that it would take almost a week for them to look at the car. I made numerous calls around NB. Total Automotive quoted me the best deal and time frame by far and said I could bring my car in as soon as that afternoon or the next morning. The man on the phone even said that he would tow me to the shop if my car had issues starting or stalling.When I brought the car in, it wasn't even two hours later before I was texted to say that the alternator had been replaced. My vehicle started to have engine trouble the end of the day and I was unable to drive it anywhere. First time I ever had this issue with my car. I woke up the next morning very concerned where I was going to take it as I didn’t have a local NB mechanic and could not drive my vehicle.
